I've tried to inform myself the best I could, so here is my breakdown based on what we know:
The company is not affiliated with AuroraliveVR (+), which would have been a bearish sign (I'm a big fan on Serafina, who is currently suffering under them...).
Sayu's direct colleagues/employers seem well-intentioned and earnest (+), but amateurish (-). They seem to be close to the vtubing business though.
The person above NOA's staff on the totempole seems to have a dark repute about him (-), but the evidence of wrongdoing seems a bit nebulous, and they have connections to several reputable properties, such as Hoyo and Hololive (+).
Sayu's apparent would-be genmates are pretty stable and professional girls (++)
Sayu doesn't seem to be concerned with the current situation (++)
Overall, I'm optimistic about her debut with them and I hope it brings her some cool collabs. It seems like the more doomer outlooks are unfounded for the time being.

Daily reminder it's only being called a scam corpo because they are chinese and are relatively new with handling things. The head is partnered with hoyoverse which will be immensely beneficial to sayu. Also the parent company is handling hololive's reentry into China.

Even after all that if things have to go down I'm sure sayu has taken all the necessary precautions and have negotiated a contract that will let her escape the dumpster fire. This is an assumption and things may go very well.
