What she and her followers likely regret is not understanding how to pitch her narrative to the public in a way that works.

You can see evidence of this in how they planned to execute a "grass roots" campaign that proceeded to blow up in their faces spectacularly. Said attempt also flags that they had zero regrets over what they did, if they regretted their actions they would've backed the fuck off in shame instead of trying to triple and quadruple down.

I'll assume this question is in good faith. Prior to the black stream there were rumors and suspicions, but that was all they were - rumors. The clique was speculated to exist, and Elira was suspected to be the queen bee, but there was no proof for it. All of the "visible" bad behavior was mostly from Enna.

The suspicions bloomed into certainty after the black screen stream. Selen specifically named Elira and her friends in her legal complaint. It wasn't just that Elira did the stream but also that she was featured in the complaint. That basically solidified all the theories about the clique existing.

Also, Elira keeps getting huge merch deals and top billing despite being a middle of the road performer, over more popular Livers. That strongly suggests she has great pull with management, assuming she isn't actually the management.
