I’d say Prism if they were still alive, they’re probably the closest thing to “Hololite” of the small corpos, though the Prism members kept their accounts and are currently a loose group of indies, so they still might be worth a try.

Need to lower your expectations a whole lot more and then you might try Phase Connect or something but these are more like e-thots with an avatar. Some are cute, some are edgy but don't expect like high quality 3D Lives of any of that. They are just streamers with an avatar and behave just like that too.

Well you didn't really help us narrow it down. TsunX, Phase connect, vshojo, idolcorp, Sayu Sincronisity. You should find some that tickle your pickle. Roca's got good singing, Miori Celesta, Sayu, and Clara Kaminari have good streams.

The remnants of Tsunderia and Cyberlive were absorbed by Phase. I know people disparage them but it's uironically a good option.
You can try PixelLink and VReverie, but I heard the latter was having problems.

I would avoid Idol, and Kawaii is a simp-fleecing operation designed to part you from your money.
Oh and it goes without saying NijiEN should be completely avoided unless you love watching your oshi flirtingbwith horny BFE dudes

NijiJP has a bit of that Hololive feel when they organize events like Mario Kart tournaments and stuff. Other than that, I haven't found anything similar in other corpos. It's like other corpos don't bother with this sort of thing and their members just end up being a bunch of solo streamers keeping to themselves. You'd get the occasional 2-4 person collabs, but I never see any large company-wide events being held by other corpos that really get all the fans excited.
