There could be some genuine bad blood between the two sides due to what happened but the simpler and more likely answer is that the only Stars EN members who regularly collabed with the EN girls in the first place were Magni and Vesper and since they've left there hasn't been anyone on either side with the time or interest in organizing any sort of cross-group collab. His model wasn't that bad, it was interesting. I liked the alchemy arms gimmick. I really don't understand why he thought it was so horrendous. His artist clearly put a shitload of effort and love into it too, his design sheets were really well thought out and detailed with all sorts of implied worldbuilding and deep thought into it.

Vesper tried to feel up one of the Cover staff members (not a talent, I think) during one of the few after-work izakaya trips he participated in (at the behest of his manager)

That Cover staff member is a friend of one of the talents, again not sure, but I suspect it was the bilingual girl Marine has known since college.

It was only found out later, that after his first meeting with this staff member two or so weeks prior, he had been trying to contact her through twitter and through discord after finding her on one of the servers used for coordinating events.

The Girl, after having her back and shoulder groped/rubbed by Vesper, had started crying to a degree that those around them noticed. Some sort of slight verbal confrontation occurred with Vesper's half-drunk manager playing telephone between the old heads of Cover and Vesper/the three EN staff who were present.

Vesper lied to the EN staff and as a result, sparked a conflict between EN management and JP management. A conflict could have gone much MUCH worse, if Vesper's manager didn't sniff out his bullshit and make sure to get the girl's (who can only fully communicated in JP) testimony.

Over the next few days, EN and JP management became aware of just how much Vesper had put the female staff member through. It was decided he would be axed at that point, it was just a matter of paperwork. (That's why towards the end, you can see he stopped giving a shit, and even promoted his PL)

Magni I have no clue, I did hear that he complained about the pay/viewership, but that's all hearsay. Considering I felt it worthwhile to share a full fucking novel's worth of second hand info, that should tell you how little faith I have in the Magni speculation.
