I do other things. I am pretty fucked but I practice gratitude, radical acceptance, and am on anti-depressants to keep me out of the lows. Works pretty good. I don't watch the news, don't have any social media accounts or follow much of anything but my Oshi, my cat, my books from pre 20th century and my cookbook. The cooking is my little life project. Honestly man there's not really anything wrong with that. What you need to do is enjoy what you can for now while looking for other things that also make you happy. Gura it's amazing but she might not be around forever and she would want you to have other things that you enjoy when she's gone one day.

Everyone is delusional in different ways. We're raised to be delusional in a lot of the world nowadays. Those delusions help people get through the crappy realities of life. All that matters really, in my opinion, is whether those delusions drive you to better yourself and go on or if they drive you into despair or harmful behavior. The world is full of misery and most people don't achieve their dreams. I'm glad at least some of the people on here can still dream and find happiness in something they love. Really, you should seek professional help and therapy. Call the suicide hotline, a lot of countries have them. Get referred. You don't need to be 1 step from doing it to call these numbers. Also keep in mind that parasocial relationships as a concept exists for over 40 years, and a therapist won't judge you for it.
