Reminder that it doesn't change the fact that there are quiet a few decent supporters in her fanbase who would disappear on her if she did do that. From what I’ve seen, for the most part everything Kiara does is approved by management. I have the feeling that IRyS is largely managed by a different team than EN seeing how they managed to overlap their debut countdown with Kiaras birthday. She implied that the other EN girls also thought it was a dick move from the management team. Kiaras main issue with management seems to be that they put a lot of hurdles when they don’t provide any help.

The rrats always pin these women as some kind of super masterminds who can be the most manipulative people on Earth while never fucking up. The honest truth to it is that Kiara does play some of it up, but the genuine moments of gratitude are not manipulative moves to get more money and sympathy. She's overly emotional and has been since day one and likes to share those feelings to express herself often. Her 'manipulatuve' moments are usually pretty jokey in tone and tend to be her playing it up a little, but things like the clip you replied to are her just getting swept up into the moment and letting her thoughts run through her mouth.
I'm sure all of the women have their moments with this kind of thing, but I feel like it's a lot of the time with Kiara and the sheer honesty is something I really think I like about her and why I stick around.
