She's a weeb white woman that raps. Weebs are hated by normies, white women are hated by twitter freaks, and weeb rappers and white women rappers get tons of shit. And on top of all that she actually moved to Japan and had the audacity to follow and achieve her dream, which people hate more than anything. Her success seems to genuinely make people mad.

To be honest her old music isn't that good, but it's not as bad as the antis and haters act like it is. I think her newer stuff is decent to really good, especially when she leans into rock. I thought the formula of rap verses and rock choruses and instrumentation was a good formula but her moving away from rap lately is fine with me. I think she's pretty close to finding a good musical niche.
