I tried to make it so most of the artwork in the dataset was of her main outfit (the striped top with the see-through shirt, long sleeves etc) and also added a few pieces of her older outfit and her in different outfits + nude, should I have just gone with the main outfit and nothing else? I'll have a look but I doubt it'll fix what bothers me. It's more that when I was using some prompt on a good SD1.5 model and would do say 30 gens with, yes I would get lots of shitty stuff with terrible hands, but it also felt like it had more variety to it (especially in backgrounds) and would surprise me every now and then with something great out of the blue. With Pony, it's all so samey, nothing ever outstandingly bad or good. Maybe I'm just getting jaded though.

I'm kind of a shit proompter so maybe this is on me, but after a bunch of testing I think the second LoRA seems to be a lot more reliable in general and plays a lot nicer with other style LoRAs. The first one does works fine on its own (at least in autismmix) but seems to start acting up when paired with other artstyles, and funnily enough I can't ever seem to get her hair clips to render properly with the second one
Not complaining about either though, once again thank you both a ton for doing this

That is also true with pony posing, not just backgrounds. It's as if after training, it was finetuned and overfit on 10 images of each sexual position and only knows those. You can try it yourself. Get a prompt in pony and run it through 10-20 seeds. You will see how many just look the same and you could overlay them on top of each other and they would stack up really well.
With so many merges out there, pony is closer to how base 1.5 nai used to be. Good just for training loras on it but not for inferring.

I very much noticed that. Like I just recently tried this one prompt of a lady in a classic dress in a nightclub drinking a glass of champagne and it felt like it just gave the same almost identical 5-6 poses over and over again. Good luck, you're doing god's work. Although that game's splash arts look more detailed than the actual "cutscenes". Some of the early cutscenes were drawn by another artist called Vellmori which was fired btw. You can spot the difference when looking at their eye shape.
