It's hard to call. I think Fauna can get good, but whether she'll get there in the span of one stream is debatable. Gura is not particularly good at souls games, but she does have some experience. (I remember she pissed off the dude at the beginning of Elden Ring and had to beat him without any levels or gear.)
But there will be some goals involved that are probably not "beat the game", so it all depends.
Ultimately it doesn't matter. This is mostly about fun banter and watching the girls die repeatedly more than an actual competition.

A lot of people don't realize the input stacking when they play these. There aren't many games like that so you get used to mashing buttons at any given time. Finding out the game is tracking that and playing them in order no matter what is hard to deal with
