What I did for voice reps was repeatedly record myself reading lines and trying to make myself sound better each time to use my voice the best that I can. Its also good practice to listen to yourself talk into your mic through your headphones live. Just turn your mic on and put in in the monitor in OBS and basically do some ASMR on yourself. Its weird at first but it really helps you learn how your voice sounds in the mic and not how it sounds in your head which are completely different things.

Now if you are having serious voice fatigue after not much use it could be a sign that you are not really speaking in your natural speaking register. For males this usually means you are trying to talk lower than your natural tone, but it could be you trying to talk into your falsetto as well.
