So, the one stream where I had another Vtuber friend help join the chat to keep me interacting was good for me. It kept me going with the conversation even when they only said things every so often.

So that makes me wonder: Is this one of those paradoxes where one needs experience to get experience, like with regular jobs, but more like "needing an audience to get an audience"? Granted, I'm still a free emoji of a turtle, so I don't have much of an identity beyond lore obsession and completionism that goes beyond basic autism into advanced autism, but that's beside the point.

Also take into account that as an indie, you're under a much finer microscope whereas Vox's position in Nijisanji (the biggest vtubing corpo in the world at that time) basically 'verified' his sincerity via the prestige of the company.
