I really, really hope not.
That said, if she actually is able to reach out and get some kind of favorable response, I feel like she'd be fixed almost instantly and nearly all of her stress would melt away. She seriously just needs some goddamn real support and hope...
Sayu recovering mentally and actually reconciling with the scene would be the ultimate happy ending.

To be fair, I didn't think there was a way forward for Pippa other than becoming a hero. Even when things were going good, she expressed the wish to do it before the good times ended. And eventually things stabilized, and she seems the happiest and most fulfilled she has ever been. If even Pippa could find some form of peace of mind, Sayu could do it too. But things are not looking good.
