As it stands, no. Not even VAllure.
Sayu is huge with indies and has a decent relationship with a lot of them but she does also have a huge menhera rep.
She has the sad state of being considered difficult to work with, which makes her a definitive "do not sign" to a lot of corpos and even smaller agencies would think twice.
Sayu is a legit great variety streamer and having a corpo to fall on would take away a lot of her perosnal anxiety. But she's also pretty established, and one of the few chuubas that managed a complete rebrand.
She has friends, Rennie and other indies love her and are more than happy to collab whenever. What Sayu wants more than that is to be part of a group.

Rather than a corpo she'd be fine as part of an established group of creators that can rely on eachother for content. Even if it was just a team of loose aquaintances.
At least two other dedicated members and she wouldn't have to think of new things to do all the time and would have a group that she can reliably bounce off for content.
She could just go all in on her own brand and grow that reliably, that's an option. Going stag isn't bad Sayu.
