Aviel I think you need to clean house and immediately drop EN3. If you time it correctly and did a good job recruiting it should revive Idol.
You still have way too many grifters that don't want to work and ruin the vibe of the corpo for everyone. ES and ENcore brought a ton of positive attention for the corpo but for some reason the earlier gens are still on depression mode instead of being proactive and continue building on the hype.
I'll give props to Poko and her Mario Kart tournament though, that was a legit good event including the new gens and bringing a bit more unity to everyone. Kai with Idol Alert too.
