The sad part is that you can see her strategy, or at least what she probably considers her strategy, and how it's failing. The drama boosted her excessively, and she went full scorched earth into it while being two-faced in public about moving on. She knew ahead of time that she was leaving and Niji decided to toss a grenade, but she already rigged it and was spreading rumors.
To try and make herself not just be about Nijisanji and her time in Nijisanji she keeps on trying to milk her dwindling clout for collabs and events. Anything to forestall the horror she will be faced when everything will have to rest on her own performance and ability to entertain, which is not that great.
The numbers aren't really that important, at least her numbers aren't important for her long-term. What is important is the numbers for the participants, and what you will see is that at this rate her clout will dry up and people will start to be more busy and unable to make time for her. Gradually she will have to rely on her own ability and the fact that she once worked for Nijisanji to stay relevant.
