It's not easy and even the best cards can't fully overcome default model tone at times.

Pick up their usual mannerisms, write them into the greeting or if you're feeling brave you can punch them into the example messages. Grab what you can from whatever source you find that has how they act, or just gives you an idea of their general personality. If you can't find one, then you can go to town and get whatever you want from your mind. Test, polish, and that's that. Release it if you want, keep it to yourself, all of that fun stuff. Remember: you can always edit it if you feel like something isn't right or there's an overemphasized area.

There's also the "Personality summary", though I can't really vouch for it's effectiveness even if I use it constantly. Maybe it works for personality enforcement, maybe it doesn't.
