The problem with Sunless Sea is that it's SLOW. Especially the start. Plus since a majority of the game is reading and steaming around from place to place, it doesn't seem streamer-friendly. I think as someone who's relatively new, she should probably be trying newer stuff anyway, since people interested in playing it are going to check her out more often.

Considering how much she seems to like Hollow Knight, I'd be happy if she gave the game that inspired it and so many other games like it a shot.
I think she'd appreciate the game's atmosphere, it's phenomenal in that regard. Plus, unlike something like Half-Life 2, the game tells you pretty much everything you need to know about the story right at the start of the game with a really quick synopsis of Metroid 1 and 2.

She would have to massively improve her use of the movement mechanics and boss fighting in order to get anything aside from the first ending. Even if she did, it would probably take another week of several Hollow Knight streams, assuming she can find all the things she needs to find.
I like Hollow Knight a lot, but I don't think it would be good for her channel to drag it out.
