The convention she's talking about here is probably Anime Impulse, I know two people who gave Pomu gifts at AI Los Angeles. It is possible she is also including AI Orange County in this, but the LA one had actual discussion about gifts being allowed IIRC. None of the other cons she went to had meet-and-greets where individual people would be able to give her gifts. She said the cause might have been miscommunication. A few possible explanations are
A: Miscommunication about gift policy and someone fucking up led to Anime Impulse thinking gifts were allowed when they're not. This will be debunked if any other Niji vtuber at the convention received their gifts.
B: The convention fucked up shipping the gifts to Anycolor, or Anycolor fucked up shipping the gifts to Pomu, accidentally.
C: Anycolor intentionally did not send the gifts to Pomu, either out of malice or out of indifference because she was already graduating. This is debunked somewhat by her successfully receiving her fan letters, including letters that were written post-graduation.

I think Pomu might actually be cursed, then. The management vendetta angle makes a lot less sense if Selen of all people successfully got her gifts. The exact same thing happened for their Nijifes dioramas too: Selen got hers and Pomu never did. Maybe the intern in charge of Pomu's merch really hated her, or was just flat incompetent, and got replaced before her letters got mailed.
