I mean, there's examples of Japanese vtubers coming to EN and becoming some of the best EN vtubers. Tenma and Pikamee are obvious examples. There's also the reverse case of Coco joining HoloJP when she wasn't fluent in Japanese yet. You can criticize someone 6 months down the line for failing to improve but it's a bit of an unfair criticism to shit on a new debut for being Japanese or any other nationality. Give them a chance to develop.
