That fix also wasn't foulproof and the rigging had bugs that never got glitched which you could see during her graduation karaoke where she used it in its incomplete state. She got neglected wrongfully and it was wrong for the company to have treated and do that to her.

It must take so long to make a good 3D model when indie 3D modelers always drop one like week one of a talent from a big corpo debuting, I'm 100% certain that the only delay of a competent corpo is from having the talent go to a studio record the event, and not from them making the model itself

Management is lazy and wanted to coast by. Pomu and Selen were forcing them to bust their asses. I'm convinced that 3d for the rest was prepared and in storage and they wanted to oust them both before they would give out cookies for the rest.

They did change one thing about her model (for the worse). At AX and NijiFES they changed it so that her wings were permanently stuck out. When she finally got her Home3D she said they were stuck that way and she couldn't move them or turn them off

I've heard conflicting accounts so don't take it as gospel but apparently Elira's model was done in house will Pomu and Finana's where farmed out to Taiwan. Considering the 'quality' of the other EN models I wouldn't be surprised if the others were farmed out as well.

Elira's wasn't done in-house, but it was done by a 3D modeler who had worked on 3D models for NijiJP before, and it was the only model they had to work on, so they could dedicate all their time/resources to it.
Finana and Pomu (and Pikl, Elira's mascot) were outsourced to a company in Taiwan (specifically to one guy who was inexperienced). He probably focused most of his time on Finana, resulting in Pomu getting a subpar model. The guy ended up leaving the company halfway through 2023, which probably led to more delays with fixing Pomu's 3D.
