Yeah but post CCVID JP recovered a lot better then EN did. This was clear from the huge difference in waiting room recovery times and how long viewer verification took.
This got fixed in mid november somewhat for EN when everyone went from 3-5 minute waiting room recoveries to consistant 1 minute recoveries. CCV would grow a lot faster initially as well (Just compare some Fauna streams before and after how long it took her to hit 8k or 10k on the same games).

Seems like that change migth have been undone to some degree, but seems to be hitting everyone. So at least it might not be permanent
