Warm ups are just that, warm ups. They aren't really there to improve your singing, its just to "wake up" your voice and practice hitting higher/lower notes so that when you attempt to do them in the real song, your likely to actually do them (if its IN your range, vocal warm ups will not increase your range).
The best way to improve is to get a singing coach. They can see what your strengths are and what you're doing wrong when singing and help you fix those bad habits. It'll be personalized and will help you the most.
You could also use youtube videos that are supposed to improve singing, which cover basics, but again, if you have bad habits when singing you won't be able to tell and know how to fix them unless you actually pinpoint the issue yourself and research videos on how to fix it. To improve, you also have to have a good ear, to be able to tell if you're actually hitting the note or not (sometimes we trick our brains into thinking we are singing better than we are). A vocal coach has a trained ear and will be able to tell if you're hitting the notes or not, while if you don't have a trained ear, you won't be able to tell if you're actually improving or not. You'll improve your ear as you make more music and get better at singing. Watching some basic music theory videos can also help you understand how music works and develop a better ear.
The biggest and most important thing is consistency. You won't get better at singing in a week, or even a month.
You have to keep going and practicing for YEARS to improve. It really depends on what level your singing is at right now, but improvement will take a long while, even with a vocal coach. So if you REALLY wanna sing, you need to prepare for the long road ahead.

For cover, you can find music producers to mix it for you, they will tune your voice, most vtubers do electronic sounding music because the autotune doesn't feel out of place then. If you're, for example, doing an acoustic song with just a guitar, you want the least amount of autotune.

Part of it is that I also have a lot of blessings that are going out of control and making me lose a bit of the control over my form.
