There's not much mention of Suisei and Towa doing stuff together nowadays one on one (they're still pretty close in big groups that come up such as escape rooms), but there was a lot of it further back in the day.
They're extremely close as evident by these mentions and interactions between each other nowadays, even if it's not pushed/mentioned as much as Suisei is with Miko. Suisei and Towa just fall into the zone of being somehow even worse than Icarus is with streaming together even if they're extremely close, and Subaru's a blabbermouth so it's really the only way we know about the details of Icarus.
I think it's always worth noting that not mentioning something doesn't mean something doesn't happen, which is something that people forget about all the time with vtubers as no collabs = they hate each other.

The problem (at least for me) was that SF6 could've been a cool arc and I was actually looking forward to her learning and growing now that she had better mental from her past endeavors, especially in a game where she can't realy on teammates. Hollow Knight's main issue is that the map is simply too big and confusing. Super Metroid has the decently to be sort of linear in that whenever you get an upgrade it's apparent what you need to do with it. Your first upgrade in Hollow Knight is the fireball which lets you kill ONE enemy, opening up a path to an upgrade that just... lets you move around the map faster? Like okay?
