To answer you seriously, it's because EN is a looser category. The JPs are Japanese living in Japan and the IDs are Indonesians living in Indonesia. Meanwhile ENs come from multiple countries and various backgrounds. There's just more distance to cover in order to form close friendships.

I like EN, but this is the one aspect I agree with the Last Samurais on. It feels like most ENs never really go past just being coworkers. Understandable I guess, just feels like a missed opportunity for content. I miss casual off the cuff collabs. Everything EN feels like it's either a solo stream or preplanned weeks in advance. They get more spur of the moment collabs with IDs like Kaela than fellow ENs.
