You know I think what would help more at this point since it's already a weekly thing is to give the karaoke streams a catchy title like what Watame does with her weekly karaokes "Watame Night Fever." Basically put more thought into actually marketing it. I reckon mentioning she's actually singing English songs on her schedules and tweets would help give a boost too.
