The problem is people want two things that are completely incompatible. You want lots of Holomems which means playing a kid's game like Minecraft and putting on the training wheels is the only option. But then you want them to be bad enough at the game that it's still challenging somehow which means none of the people who actually enjoy the game can play. That's an inevitable problem with minecraft. The game makes you want to make farms for everything, but once you do that, it becomes boring.
Kaela building more than the others means that the others have less to build, but the only way the server doesn't get ruined is if no one plays.
Big minecraft streamer servers like hermitcraft are constantly restarting from scratch. If hololive wants to keep minecraft entertaining, they need to do the same.

Simple: Have a rule that you can never take resources directly from others or from farms others have set up, only pick up items that are dropped from monsters or blocks in group raids. Then Kaela doing her solo shit is a big threat for others to then work together and hunt down. At the end of the day it's still werewolf/mafia so people's asses are going to get bent from the simple nature of busting antagonists. If no one toes the line it becomes too easy to validhunt but if they do then they assblast subhuman autistic fans who feel their oshi is being persecuted. Validhunting then evac is as disastrous odds with long form jobs. If they don't evac then it's just a really dull experiencing of watching the streamer do something boring 99% of the viewers don't understand. Even if you tried to GM it, it's extremely dull but also time consuming for the ones doing the NPC jobs to set things up and repair the damage. Meanwhile more involved things like Nuke ops is better served via playing TTT which is overdone and also dull. Cult, and revolutionaries will generate mammoth asspain as always and it's going to be even worse for hololive because the fucking faggots in chat will never stop metagaming so now on top of streaming a dull piece of shit they also have to cover their chat with something and have a mod read comments to them so they're bleeding engagement like a stuck pig.
For just minecrafting it for artistic expression it's worse than minecraft and most things out there. A custom PvE experience is rpgmaker tier to make and very lackluster for viewers that don't know anything about it and physically can't interact so it's just not going to happen. Autistic gimmick shit like Medbay is bombed out figure it out with hydroponics or teleporter raiding derelicts is too high of a skill bar for them, extremely unfun for the skill issue'd streamers, and extremely unfun for the viewers who don't understand any of it and therefore the hardship lost its significance.
It's also worth noting that it's extremely easy to get skill issue'd and they don't have the time to waste on the dead-end game so it's going to be very unfun for most of them while a few go fucking sicko mode on the rest.
