I'm using Holodex and I put kawaii and tsunderia streams into my favourites and I barely see them stream after 2 weeks of looking at them. Meanwhile PC and Prism seems to have regularly streams from a wide variety of streamers. Not to mention how Kawaii and Tsunderia's girls are pretty samey from first impressions while PC and Prism seems to have more variety in terms of personality and talent so far.

The kind of talents and general approach both inside and outside of streams is pretty different between them. Kind of hard to describe but the differences in viewer interaction are tangible at least:
Tsunderia has discord servers for each talent and open DMs at the discretion of talents
Phase just has the shared discord server, you can still chat with talents but its public
Prism and Kawaii don't offer any of this, it's just twitter and maros. Also worth noting they're JP.

A lot of it comes down to timing and luck. Prism was established with 2 gens and streaming experience across everyone when Kawaii debuted and were green as hell. Then you have Tsunderia whose talents are all absolutely cursed but they're the oldest and best established, and it's easy to overlook that they have clout and brand recognition. They're also pretty well connected and have landed interesting promotions and sponsorships where I can't recall any other agency scoring much on that front.

Prism and phase aren't perfect either, but I think out of all of them prism has the best chance of success. Phase is bogged down by moderator and staff faggotry and honestly the majority if the girls are terrible in a way that'll never be "good"
