If you know about it, you could also do sign language streams using that for a "faster" communication, but most teitch doesn't even know about it so it might be problematic. Still, there is hope I believe.

I have a similar issue. The chuuba doesn't seem to have any backbone and while I like them, the chat can be off putting sometimes.
