I think who the first to leave in Myth will be is impossible to predict because every Holomem who didn't decide this wasn't their thing and peace out after a year (Sana, Vesper, Magni) has only left because of some unpredictable (to us, at least) thing happening that got them fired or otherwise drove them out of the company (Coco, Rushia, Mel.) Thinking on it it's surprising that Holo's retention rate has been as high as it has been after so many years.
