Yes and no. They likely have the base model ready. (See Kaya mamas art for example, she already pre-drew similar to Shiori since 2021) The girls apply and get assigned a model.
Some get to add little flairs, accessories, or make direct changes. (FWMC have a lot of nods for example while Rissa didn't get to have her shirt unbuttoned.)
I don't know what the deciding factor for that decision is though.
