Pippa does have a tendency to break down and try to self-sabotage when she feels she is more successful than she thinks she "should be", so you may not be too far off the money. Mind you, tendency has gotten less over the past year or so as Pippa has gotten a better support network, but it's definitely not entirely gone.

Kirsche invited Pippa to her palworld server a few days before Phase Connect's server went live. So Pippa no lifed the game off stream on Kirsche's EA streamer server and stopped streaming the game seriously because she near finished the game and didn't want to restart when the PC server went public with all her genmates and kouhai. She ended up streaming the game once but was extremely bitter during the whole thing. Capipis in /pcg/ knew she was no life-ing the game during that period.
I have to add context, Pippa doesn't like playing games, but really loved palworld, Capipis really loved watching Pippa first experience Palworld, seeing the Pals for the first time, her first reaction to them.
