At this point I'm fine with a month of full rest or more if needed. I don't know how long it takes but it's not uncommon for your voice to stay hoarse for a month from flu after effects (by using common sense, it's all inflammation regardless of whether it's due to infection or allergic reaction). Normally people would avoid talking during those times but if Mococo pushes to continue streaming then it's could become a big problem, though I'm not expert on voice work.
