There's a lot of garbage on pixiv - sketches, low quality amateur shit, 10 variations of the same image, etc.

Train on danbooru instead. It has 3.4k images, it should be enough. Try balancing them with repeats, so that each girl has ~ 150-200 images and it should be good enough

If you really want to use pixiv, you'll need to remove garbage. Tag with the new wd tagger v3, delete comic, monochrome, multiple girls etc.

Some more messing around with the chibi tag on pony tells me that the chibi effect almost immediately disappears if you include clothing prompts or any body shape modifier like large breasts, presumably unless you jack up the emphasis a ton. However, it does still miniaturize the anatomy a bit, so you get a nice shortstack effect by accident. Compare picrel to link below, only difference is a huge breasts prompt

SVD? No. The non-xt version takes a minute for me but that one was just lucky. I guess composition matters the most. It doesn't help most images are not generated at that aspect ratio so most of the others are just panning or zooming because it's not trained for them.
I have to get some cropping workflow set-up because every time I give it an image bigger than it should be it turns to camera movement

If anyone is looking to train a LoRA, wrote a bit of a tutorial there. I tried to make it as handholdy as possible and gave some sample settings that you can just load up and train away. Feedback welcome, especially for the OneTrainer part, still pretty early into using it.
