To other Lora trainers, XL is a big model, 12 Rank/DIM should be more than enough for loras, even with 10 outfits. We had anons here doing testing even on 4 Rank and things still worked, so there's really not much of a point to go for 200MB+ loras.

Hm, so with my groundbreaking discovery of captions I've tried to rebake the Regloss loras, but surprisingly very little have changed.
It still just refuses to learn some stuff. Like Kanade is supposed to have piano keys on the jacket. It is there on all the training images that include lower body, even added some close-ups but they just refuse to show up. I think I'm doing something wrong, when it can learn weird outfits like this >>75578685 relatively accurately.

There are two things I can think that maybe causing it, settings try the prodigy from the anon above or I don't think you need square/change res of the dataset like that. Generally if you have the bucketing option on, it should do the cropping and adjusting during it, I think it gives better results like that too but I haven't compared.

I'd say probably too much cropping, variance and attention to detail. Just give it images with the entire chuuba and have most of them be in her default outfit. No need to split them in different concepts unless you have 2 or more very defined outfits and you plan on pruning everything and just leaving 3 words in to activate it. Otherwise, throw them together, tag everything and let it rip. Baking a test now from a cut-down dataset. I was left with about 50% of what you had initially.

I remember bucketing was a technique from NAI (?). I think the technique is a bit more sophisticated than just automated cropping if I remember right. I would give it a shot, can't hurt.
