He changed all animation models to her oshi and gave templates for others to change theirs. I think I saw it on /waifu/ or the other ai thread, because they're trying to get the portraits done too.

I HAVE seen a NijiEN seggs visual novel, though, which was well made enough that I was able to enjoy it despite not being a fan of any of the Nijis. That's something, at least?

Holos are not public domain that you can do whatever you want with. It would break their content guidelines. Fanart is not relevant enough so they don't interfere but if someone made an actual game they'd probably bring down the hammer on it.
