In the early tweets of Nano shes admitted she made mistakes, of course within the boundaries of not breaking her NDA, and also saying to support both sides. Since then she cheered on Phase at the awards, expressed excitement and complimented their gen 3, names individual talents and calls them cute, refers to the talents she met IRL as "wonderful friends" when discussing the past, applauded phase for paying for the offkai vendors, and insinuated phase was not among the shitty black companies she was discussing in her recent behind the scenes stream. In said stream she also said that she had no issue with companies owning the talent IP and said it made sense.
She really just comes off as someone who messed up and learned from it, and acts maturely about the topic. She has moved on, shes happy as nano, she streams more than she has in her entire career, and dedicated the last year to self improvement. She also does charities, and discourages direct donations for free-for-viewer alternatives.
No one has shown more personal growth to me than Nano/Yuri, and I respect her a lot, which is why I think people need to lay off her and move on like she has.
