What anons aren't considering is how much tech could advance in the coming years.
All it takes is for another competant company to take advantage of whatever new tech releases and combine it vtubing to take the top spot and eat into holo's revenue. kind of like what holo did the Kizuna Ai's corpo once streaming became an option
In this future I can see a decent amount of talents leaving, in particular Ame, Kronii, Ina, and maybe even Gura.

Otherwise another 5-6 years is probably where I see the 2020 era vtubers start to retire sporatically across branches, with most gone by 10. Not for bad reasons, just for the sake of being ready to move on.

Let's be honest here a HoloEN collabing with a NijiEN is a victory lap for Hololive. For a short moment a Niji gets to see the gap between Nijisanji and Hololive where their numbers suddenly increase and all the clips involving.

And then after a week it is over. Snap back to reality.

Ina and Kronii did get close to graduation but they have most likely resolved their main issues so there is a fair chance that HoloEN won't have any graduations for at least 5 years. Hololive is a stressful environment though and gradually some of the EN talents could burn out in the next 10 years. Cover is extremely strict and there are cultural differences over coomerbait and GFE which is always going to cause some tension between western vtubers and Japanese management.
