Welp, it seems that the relationship between CCV and views is pretty similar across Holo if you look at the time before botting started for HoloEN. Higher CCV only accounts for about 45% of the increase on VOD views.

It's also interesting that there is a strong trend that you need fewer CCV for more VOD views on HoloEN's side. HoloJP needs about a 43k CCV stream to get to a million views, EN needs only about 27k.
