If you asked me in december or earlier, I would've said Selen. There was nobody in Niji who could do what she did. Most of the girls are replaceable to an extent in most corpos, but Selen was the only person in Niji branching out to the normie crowd and actually setting up all of the big branch collabs and events, since management sure as fuck wasn't doing it.
I don't think holoEN or even holoJP has someone who has such a wildly different audience and ALSO helps so much in the backend.
I heard losing Kuzuha or Kanae would fuck NijiJP though.
