Mori lying to Kiara about watching her song cover when it was actually a rick roll. Which made Kiara genuinely hurt that Mori not only lied to her but that she didn’t actually care about her, and that for Mori the mom dad act was just that, an act.

Mori killed and looted Gura in Rust then called for peace to return the loot but Gura got salty and called for everyone to kill Mori so Mori fucked off to a safe zone to gamble with Fubuki while making snide remarks in her cowboy accent that gambling is way more fun than killing.

Recent one that comes to mind is one of NijiEN’s FFXIV collabs before Kyo left. He was jokingly accusing her of embezzling gil that was supposed to have been used for their FC house or something and she took it seriously to the point that Elira had to step in, chiding them that they shouldn’t be talking about such stupid shit on-stream.

Kind of puts the whole “Elira is a manager” thing in perspective.

In their defense a lot of us were new and didn't understand what they were going for.
In the West for simplicity take wrestling. You have a star you root for and then boo the opponent, right? We didn't know who Moona was. For all we knew she could have been a Marvel villain Kiara had to defeat to get Pekora to notice her.
I believe my theory to be true because as soon as Kiara and Moona were both disappointed with the event and started working together it all evaporated.
I honestly believe it was just mixed signals to the audience.
Also when IRyS and Baelz had "beef" near debut they suddenly toned it down because of the exact same miscommunication.
My headcanon rivalry is that Fauna and Kiara's characters hate each other because Kiara runs a restaurant that sells meat and Fauna wants a veggie tale of a world. The actual streamers are on good terms however.
