I'm usually more forgiving of those who others would call leeches because if they're succeeding that usually proves they played the game right, but sodas one of those leeches that has more effects on the whole system then just sucking some blood from one part to make a living.
Soda is the biggest true leech I've seen in the vtuber community because barely anyone is actually fighting against him taking over, like hes stolen time after time from other vtubers and japanese media, and nothing hes done hes made directly.
His popularity is built off the back of moments he broke up into 1 min videos while raking in all the money from other peoples moments.
I've always found soda distasteful as the spamming of clips to his fan base acting like soda is the center of vtubing but those were things that could easily be applied to other clippers on some level, but soda now using others works to make a career out of it is pure scumbaggery.
