LLC is just a protection. So say you have a store and I slip. I can sue your store if you have an LLC, but I can't sue You. So I can get money or property related to the store, but I can't take say your house or car etc. In this case if say the bottles were made with a cheap seam and someone cut their hand on the bottle and had to get stitches, or got food poisoning and had to go to the hospital.
