Pomu was my favorite EN vtuber but I stopped watching nIjisanji when Ethyria and Luxiem debuted, was overall distanced from this hobby aside from following some JP Holos until Advent debuted and for the first time in my life I felt like I found my oshi - FuwaMoco. If somehow FuwaMoco and Mint ended up being in Hololive together that would be a dream come true.

I can't say that I think that she is joining hololive, but I definitely think that she wants to. The Matara-provided model, limited-run podcast, and strong connections to VShojo members suggest an in--but she's not in. Gunrun has probably offered her an invitation as soon as she was interested in starting streaming again, and probably has it open in case she doesn't get the holo gig.

I also feel like a lot of the "definitive proofs" from the holo post could also be explained by a lack of certainty of interest in continuing streaming at all vs. just as Mint.

My rrat is that she IS indeed aiming for Hololive, but that she is only at the application (or even first interview) stage at this point. She is pretty much 100% certain about this podcast going through the summer months and streaming quite heavily during this period (and happily, mind you). At the same time, she is very unsure about the months afterwards and is holding off big upgrades to her indie persona until that uncertainty is cleared up. I don't see any cause of this uncertainty being OTHER than EN4 chances, because she is a definite shoe-in to Vshojo (as Mint) if she wants to go there in the future, which she doesn't RIGHT NOW.

Hololive is the cream of the crop for her and about as close as she'll ever get towards fulfilling her idol dreams and being able to fully associate with idols. She will also make orders of magnitude more money and be much more easily able to collab with Kiara, FWMC, Nerissa, as well as the JP girls. The problem lies in the baggage that she carries, her former affiliation with Niji, and the divided fanbase. It's obvious many people /here/ don't want her anywhere near Hololive, but many others do. I've personally felt that she's always fit the Holo mould and would be the most likely to qualify out of all the Niji's. It'll be for sure interesting to see what happens after this podcast ends.
