If chatting (and regularly, they should recognize you when you're in chat) and raiding doesn't do enough, you probably need to work with associating with others in their circles. There's a lot of people in this space so getting to know lots of people opens the door to knowing others that you may not normally talk to. Sometimes its just similarity. How much do you actually have in common with the streamer who doesn't notice you? Are you just interested in them because they're larger established streamers or are you interested because they have something else in common with you? People can smell a clout chaser a million miles away.
