There fucking hundreds of companies who'll happily deal with this on your behalf for a middleman fee. The only problem Cover faces is that the legal and licensing system isn't set up to handle someone just doing a fucking Youtube cover of a song since individuals will just ignore copyright and at worst get the video claimed or struck, and so they have to get the same license that is needed if you wanted to put the original song in your movie trailer, which is obviously and deservedly more expensive then is reasonable for a cover. This means you have to actually explain what you're doing to a record company exec/legal team and get them to understand that you're actually bothering to do it the right way but don't want to get skullfucked on the price. You can see this is entirely possible with Nerissa's cover of Down by The River, Cover's management team is dumb, lazy, and unmotivated to fix themselves.

Tokyo has enough to do to spend two weeks + easy. Reps-wise, you'll have a better time if you memorize the basics but honestly you can just go around with literally zero Japanese and google translator and be fine.
For planning, just pick some highlights you definitely want to do, and then otherwise just pick an area of Tokyo for your various days and wander around. In-depth hour by hour planning wasn't necessary for most of my trip and it was nice to just get immersed in the various neighborhoods and wards.
