Haven't you considered the possibility that Doki herself told them(Ex-NijiENs) not to mention her and to even leave her alone? Think about it—Doki hasn’t interacted with another ex-Niji since being terminated. Yet, most Ex-Nijis have referenced or alluded to Doki's existence. Meanwhile, Doki has yet to acknowledge any of Ex-Niji, with the exception of U-san. More importantly, U-san wasn't involved in this situation and is drama-free. Ex-Nijis aren't ignoring her, Doki is ignoring them. Doki clearly wants to move on with her life and avoid anything related to Nijisanji. Doki is looking to close that chapter of her life. I respect that, so I don't expect her to interact with Ex-Nijis.
