Did you watch the new year's special stream? She literally had to sit down and rest after walking around for about 5 minutes. And it wasn't even constant walking. Also multiple holos have stated she's out of breath after walking 100 meters.

Lulu was actually an idol iirc (albeit a minor one) before switching to vtubing, so her being pretty fit makes sense.

The four pillar women of Nijisanji JP are Lulu, Kaede, Uiha, and Alice. Lulu is the most impressive of those four, but the others were pretty good at Ring Fit as well. They're not like athlete level or anything, but definitely more fit than the average person.
