It's likely iOS only and so restricted on visual elements because the streamer's phone doesn't send video, it only sends tracking data and lets the end user device construct the video from there to save the streamer processing power and data upload. Android runs on so many different devices that it'd be hard to figure out the tracking and rendering consistently.

The problem is that you can't actually tell if it's a meritocracy from outside, and it's unlikely to be given that the CEO has control without much oversight. The idea of a meritocracy also meshes poorly with the idea of it being a kind of vtuber academy where they learn to be vtubers - someone who's slow to learn or has some hurdles to overcome at first might turn out the best in the end, but that's hard to tell unless you have experience with vtubing and teaching.
