We need it honestly, the girls are good together but the twins thing is kind of a gimmick and they are missing out on the different flavors of stream they could have either way solo (calm seiso fuwawa or spunky genki mococo). It has been about nine months now since they started, I hope they are not still so insecure that people might show trends or favorites towards either one. I got into Hololive by watching Polka and Nene, so the possibility of collabs with them is a pure positive to me because JP-only streams don't filter me. I do kind of feel bad for the EOPs. Sure, they should have expected this because these two are old school turboweebs who are fluent in Japanese, but they did join HoloEN and not HoloJP. A real answer is that they're kind of only competent as a pair. Both of them are kind of dim and horrid at multitasking, so they tend to delegate a lot. Mococo does the gaming, Fuwawa does the yapping/reading, etc. Mococo alone gets extremely nervous and tends to clam up. Fuwawa alone gets nervous too, and she really needs somebody to play off of her random nonsense and intrusive thoughts.

The whole twin thing is their gimmick and their biggest strength. Separated they aren't nearly as good, though physically there's nothing stopping them from ONLY Fuwawa streaming until Mococo heals.
