this isn't something that can be easily answered because what works for one person won't for another.
very simple example: black skin. some will instantly give you a chance because they either want representation or have a fetish, some will be instantly turned off, most won't care either way
now what about clothing. let's say you want your character to wear a simple t-shirt. is that a boring, uninspired design, or are people going to be endeared to seeing a more down-to-earth outfit in an industry ruled by ornate outfits?
these kinds of questions could be asked about any element. it's why I firmly believe you should just do what you want first and foremost, and worry about appealing to the masses only after you have a basic idea already in your head.

She's gone through like four major revisions since gaining a large audience and nobody has an issue with her over it. Go for twitch always, it's way easier to network and we see new vtubers pop off and become popular every year whereas there's been barely any indie vtubers on youtube in comparison. Anyways go make a PNG or model, you can get a premade model off booth or hire an artist to draw you a PNG art. Otherwise just start streaming, you'll make a lot of mistakes along the way but make sure to ask us any questions if you have anymore. Also remember to post your links here too.

Check out GeForce Now. Will let you play most games without using much graphical power. If you can play a 1080p youtube video at 60fps withoit dipping frames, then it should work. Just make sure your internet is good enough to stream at the same time.
